Allison Cambronne is a Project Manager with Health System Advisors based in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, she is responsible for leading and coordinating healthcare implementation project teams. She earned her MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, focusing in strategy and management and is a Certified Professional Project Manager. Prior to her graduate studies, Allison worked in government and legal settings helping stakeholders navigate the US immigration system. Allison is a fluent Spanish speaker and enjoys camping, traveling and cooking.
Ben Hickman is a Strategy Analyst for Health System Advisors and is based in Minneapolis, MN. Ben graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in Economics from the University of Minnesota—Duluth. Prior to joining Health System Advisors, Ben worked at Digi International in Minnetonka as a Business Development Executive, and as a campaign field organizer in Chicago.
Brandon J. Robertson is an Associate with Health System Advisors in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has over 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, ranging from hospital to non-hospital entities. Mr. Robertson’s expertise focuses on ambulatory asset strategy, design, development, implementation and management. He has opened numerous urgent care centers, occupational medicine clinics, and outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics for programmatic and operational integration, which would drive increased outpatient market share, clinical quality and financial success.
He is a Six Sigma Black Belt who has trained multiple teams in the ways of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies in performance excellence, operations management, and quality assurance as it applies to the healthcare industry.
Mr. Robertson holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration.
Chiara Beckner is a Strategy Consultant with Health System Advisors and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She helps to support and coordinate strategic decisions while working with internal analyst teams and client work groups. Chiara provides market, financial and analytic services to clients and has strategies in market assessments, service line planning, implementation, recruitment strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
Chiara received her BA in Physics from Carleton College in 2014.
Debbie Bush is Director of Activation at Health System Advisors. Debbie brings 35 years of urgent care experience opening over 40 urgent care facilities with the largest urgent care company in Florida. Debbie successfully project managed the expansion of clinic services, across multiple states, coordinating all aspects of operations. Debbie specializes in clinical process flow, policies and procedures, laboratory and radiology services, and EHR implementations. She also shares expertise with performance improvement/clinical best practice, design of quality control procedures, regulatory compliance and staff development through training and education programs. Debbie is well versed in occupational medicine and DOT compliance regarding exams, drug screening, breath alcohol testing, and MRO services.
Dr. Danté Richardson is Medical Director supporting the development of the urgent care business line. Dr. Richardson was a Benjamin Banneker Scholar at the University of Maryland College Park. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Spartan Health Sciences University Medical School. Dr. Richardson completed his Family Practice Residency at the University of Florida Shands Jacksonville. He is Board Certified by American Board of Family Medicine and holds certifications in Advanced HAZMAT life support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and has over 13 years of experience in Corporate, Occupational, Urgent Care, and Family Medicine while practicing in Virginia, Maryland, Florida, and Washington state.
Halie Langanki is a Strategy Analyst with Health System Advisors, based in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to joining HSA, she graduated from Carleton College with a degree in Psychology. Halie conducted research at the University of Minnesota and Carleton College, focusing on Alzheimer ’s disease and speech perception. In her free time she enjoys going on outdoor adventures and being with family and friends.
Jennifer Craig-Muller is a healthcare Senior Analyst with Health System Advisors, and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At Health System Advisors, she supports the consulting team by providing financial and market assessments. Jennifer also contributes to the development of various healthcare strategies.
Prior to joining Health System Advisors, Jennifer focused on clinical research and has a strong background in large-scale data analysis. As a junior scientist, she coordinated phase II HIV clinical trials at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She is an avid soccer fan and enjoys cooking for her husband and hiking with their two dogs.
John Utley, Managing Director at Health System Advisors, is responsible for overseeing client relationships and practice operations. John is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in product strategy and development, operations management, infrastructure management and project management across multiple industries. John specializes in market research, numerical analysis and financial modeling to guide strategic planning, drive product development, target marketing and enhance sales. He has spent his career developing and managing large, often internationally dispersed, teams and programs spanning all business functions.
John received his Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Strategy and Information Sciences from the University of Minnesota. He holds two undergraduate degrees in Economics and Media from the University of Maryland and is ITIL certified.
Josh Aarons is a Strategy Analyst with Health System Advisors and is based in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to joining Health System Advisors, Josh completed his bachelor’s degree in Economics at Carleton College in Northfield, MN. He enjoys ultimate frisbee and has volunteered as a tutor through the Northfield High School TORCH Program.
Kathryn Lovrien, Principal, with Health System Advisors, is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her experience in the healthcare industry spans fifteen years, including eleven years as a strategy consultant and four years in biotechnology. Ms. Lovrien’s consulting engagements have concentrated on system and organizational strategy, physician alignment and integration, ambulatory and market positioning, and novel partnerships in healthcare. She is a frequent author and speaker on developing system strategies focused on growth, effectiveness, relevance and capabilities, physician alignment and ambulatory development.
Prior to joining Health System Advisors, Ms. Lovrien spent eight years with Kurt Salmon, where she created their physician alignment practice, infrastructure and thought leadership before moving back into a privately held practice with Health System Advisors.
Ms. Lovrien has an MBA/MHA from University of Washington.
LaRae Eggleston has 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry. The focus of her career has been in ambulatory development, physician contracting and recruiting, and hospital administration. Ms. Eggleston started her career developing and managing outpatient imaging centers for Envision Radiology. She spent eight years as a Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Centura Health, where she developed multiple joint ventures with physician groups, and acquired multiple MD practices to include surgery, imaging and GI centers. LaRae oversaw multiple employed physician practices, and successfully recruited or integrated over 900 physicians while at Centura Health. She is an Associate with Healthy System Advisors.
Ms. Eggleston led the development of a Centura system-wide Urgent Care and On-Demand care strategy for the front range of Colorado. Additionally, she successfully developed a clinically integrated network of over 900 providers in three counties in Southern Colorado, and oversaw a Medicare Shared Savings ACO and Medicaid Regional Care organization. Both plans produced shared saving distributions and lowered the overall cost of care at the end of year one.
Ms. Eggleston received her MBA from Regis University in 2007 and is Fellow in the American College of Healthcare executives.
Luke C. Peterson is a Principal with Health System Advisors, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His experience in the strategy consulting to the healthcare industry spans seventeen years. Mr. Peterson’s consulting engagements have concentrated on system and organizational strategy and new ambulatory delivery models. Having worked throughout the country for national healthcare systems, regional community systems and independent community hospitals, he understands the strategic challenges facing healthcare providers today. His client list includes the largest healthcare systems, leading community and referral hospitals, and progressive academic medical centers throughout the country.
He is a frequent author and speaker and has advised numerous regional health systems on their path to create the capabilities to remain relevant, effective, and growing in the future environment.
Prior to joining Health System Advisors, Mr. Peterson spent fourteen years with Kurt Salmon, where he lead their thought leadership on ambulatory and physician strategy and headed KSA’s national healthcare strategy practice.
Mr. Peterson holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota in strategy and finance and is an avid runner.
Mitch Traczyk is a Strategy Consultant with Health System Advisors and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He helps to support and coordinate strategic decisions while working with internal analyst teams and client work groups. Mitch works to support clients in various types of healthcare strategy with experience in service line planning, market alignment, and implementation planning.
Prior to joining Health System Advisors, Mitch completed his bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and holds a Masters of Business Administration in product management from Boston College. Additionally, Mitch is an avid runner and car enthusiast.
Bob Colvin has over 25 years of experience leading hospitals and health systems ranging from a 500+ bed academic medical center to for-profit facilities, suburban facilities and small rural hospitals. His experience includes operating a large multi-specialty physician group, regional ambulance services, home health agencies and community primary care clinics. He has also served as a Group Vice President for Quorum Health Resources (QHC).
Bob has chaired both the Georgia and the Idaho Hospital Associations, has served on the American Hospital Association’s Metropolitan Governing Council and is a Fellow in the American College of Health Executives. He has received the prestigious NOVA award from the AHA for his work in healthcare with the homeless. In addition, organizations under his leadership have been recognized by Fortune Magazine as among the 100 Best Companies to work for in America and by Consumer’s Digest as among the 50 safest hospitals in America.
Weston Johnson is Manager with Health System Advisors and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Johnson is an experienced analyst and project manager who has provided market, financial and analytical services to a variety of clients. His experience in strategic planning, service line planning, practice rationalization and healthcare infrastructure planning allows him to bring a broad base of experience and abilities to his project teams.
Prior to joining Health System Advisors, Mr. Johnson spent 13 years at Conventions, Sports and Leisure International, where he provided clients in the public, private and education sectors with market, financial and economic feasibility analyses related to public assembly facility development projects. This experience provides him with an ability to gain an in-depth understanding of his clients’ needs and deliver outcomes that meet those needs.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. An avid sports fan, he also enjoys running and spending time with his family.
